Publication Process and Estimated Timelines 

Call for Papers

• Issued twice a year in January and July.
• Manuscript Submission
• Accepted during January–March for the June issue.
• Accepted during July–September for the December issue.
• Initial Editorial Screening
• Manuscripts are reviewed for scope, formatting, and plagiarism within 2 weeks of submission.

Peer Review Process

• A double-blind peer review is conducted by at least two subject experts.
• This process typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Review Decision & Revisions

• Authors receive a decision to accept, revise, or reject.
• Revisions, if required, are submitted within 2–3 weeks.

Final Acceptance

• Final decisions are made by May (for June issue) and November (for December issue).

Copyediting & Proofreading

• Language polishing and formatting completed with author approval of final proofs.
• Takes 2–3 weeks post-acceptance.

Online Publication

• Published on the website in June and December.

Print Publication (if applicable)

• Print copies are distributed in the same months: June and December.
